MES Front Line Manager Training

Two-day Line-Managers workshop - in Gloucester or Dinnington

Mixed cohorts from across the business, with a SLT sponsor for each event.  Workshops will cover all the key tools required to be an effective people manager.

Your Front Line Manger Training will include:

What makes a great Manager?: What are the behaviours, skills, attributes and attitudes that differentiate a mediocre manager from a great one?

Communication skills: Different communications styles, self-reflection, evaluation and techniques for improving the way we communicate with our teams.  Interactive exercises to improve the language we use and practice setting SMART goals. The art of giving feedback.

 Organising and Delegating: Learn methods to improve prioritisation and time management.  Effectively using delegation to develop your team members. 

 Practical Skills: A whole day dedicated to real-time, hands-on practical exercises designed to navigate through challenging conversations, managing poor behaviour, performance management and challenging upwards, giving you the confidence to shine in your management role.

Workshops will be highly practical, tailored to our business and include training sessions, discussions and practice.
